1. E-Commerce Manager

Brands: Love Boo (UK) & Seissense (GCC) Location: Manama, Bahrain

About the Role

We're looking for a technically strong, hands-on E-Commerce Manager to own and grow our entire online ecosystem across both brands and both markets. This is a senior, end-to-end role — from the Shopify storefronts and tech stack to logistics, pricing, and budgets — leading the function internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities


Own and operate both Shopify stores (Love Boo UK and Seissense GCC) — storefront, theme, collections, product setup, metafields, and CRO.
Lead the full e-commerce operations function: order flow, fulfilment, returns, and the systems that connect them.
Manage logistics and supply chain across the UK and GCC — courier partners, fulfilment, Amazon UK / FBA, and cross-border shipping.
Own pricing strategy across multi-currency markets (GBP & BHD) — margins, promotions, and RSP structures.
Build and manage e-commerce budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.


Lead the e-commerce ecosystem end-to-end, coordinating internally and with external agencies, suppliers, and partners.


Requirements


Proven, strong e-commerce experience managing D2C stores at scale.
Hands-on Shopify expertise — building and optimising, not just managing (themes, apps, integrations; technical/Liquid skills a strong plus).
Solid operations background in logistics, fulfilment, and supply chain.
Commercial strength in pricing, margins, and budgeting.
Experience across both the UK and Bahrain/GCC markets — consumer landscapes, regulations, payment behaviour, and logistics in each.
A confident leader who can own the entire ecosystem and drive it independently.
