💼 Role: HVAC Project Manager
📍 Location: Bahrain (On-site)
⏳ Experience: Minimum 10 years in HVAC project execution
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

What You Will Do:
• Lead End-to-End Projects: Manage HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning across diverse structures (Villas, Multistory/Commercial Buildings, Warehouses, and Hospitals)⚡
• Technical Excellence: Conduct heat load calculations (using HAP), manage equipment selection, and design ductwork layouts to ASHRAE standards.
• Site & Team Supervision: Direct project subordinates (including Project Engineers), resolve technical bottlenecks, and manage manpower, material, and equipment planning.
• Stakeholder Management: Align with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers while overseeing progress billing and payment follow-ups.

What You Bring:
• Deep knowledge of HVAC design principles and system integration.
• Proven site supervision and quality control expertise.
• Mandatory GCC experience and a valid GCC driving license.
• Fluency in English with robust technical correspondence and letter-writing skills.
