Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and site management skills, with the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.

Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and work programs.

Supervise project teams, site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Review construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.

Manage project costs, procurement, materials, labor, and equipment allocation.

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, Bahrain regulations, and HSE requirements.

Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions.

Prepare and submit progress reports, meeting minutes, and project updates to management.

Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout project execution.

Manage variations, claims, delays, and contractual matters where applicable.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of construction project planning, execution, budgeting, and cost control.

Experience managing construction teams, subcontractors, and multiple project activities.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of construction quality standards, health and safety regulations, and project management practices.

Must be currently available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.

Bahrain or GCC construction experience is preferred.
