We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (Female Bahraini)

Location: Bahrain

We are a growing Interior Design Company in Bahrain seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager (Female Bahraini) to join our team.

Requirements:

* Bahraini female candidate
* 3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Strong ability to develop client relationships and generate new business opportunities
* Willing to travel across GCC countries for business development, client meetings, and marketing activities
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
* Valid driving license is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and strategic partners
* Promote the company’s interior design services across Bahrain and the GCC
* Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts
* Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings
* Achieve business growth and sales targets
