Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support and service for HVAC systems.
· Develop Business Plans. Responsible in Execution of Service maintenance contracts, AMC Contracts, retrofit projects, service & repair, warranty, and Spare parts.
· Focus on converting business into aftermarket sales.
· Maintenance of HVAC systems in various settings.
· Responding to service sales requirements including replacements and AMCs.
· Emphasizing solution service business and energy efficiency initiatives
· Conducting on-site inspections and diagnostics, understanding client needs, and preparing proposals.
· Post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
· Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC Sales Service or Facilities Management Field.
• Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
