Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Construction Supervisor with a strong background in building construction to supervise and coordinate MEP works on construction sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing site teams and subcontractors and ensuring MEP works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Supervise technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and daily work progress.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship.
Identify and resolve MEP clashes, installation issues, and site coordination problems.
Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and HSE requirements.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and handover activities.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP construction/site supervision.
Strong hands-on experience in building construction is required.
Experience with villas, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is an advantage.
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings.
Experience supervising construction teams and subcontractors.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is strongly preferred.

Important: Candidates with mainly maintenance or facilities-management experience without strong hands-on construction experience may not be suitable for this position.
