Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Supervisor with a strong construction background to supervise and coordinate MEP works at project sites. The successful candidate will oversee site teams and subcontractors and ensure that MEP installations are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Supervise technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors on site.
Monitor daily work progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works.
Identify site issues, clashes, and installation problems and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, project specifications, and HSE requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update the MEP Engineer or Project Manager.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant MEP site supervision experience in construction.
Strong construction background is required.
Good knowledge of building MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting.
Ability to read and understand MEP/shop drawings.
Experience managing construction site teams and subcontractors.
Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
