Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate MEP works at construction sites. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems, with experience in building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily MEP installation and construction activities on site.
Ensure MEP works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site workers.
Monitor manpower, materials, productivity, and work progress.
Conduct site inspections and identify and resolve technical or coordination issues.
Coordinate material requirements, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and project requirements.
Assist with snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Prepare daily and weekly MEP progress reports.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and project management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
3–5+ years of relevant MEP construction experience.
Strong hands-on experience in building construction.
Experience with villas, high-rise, residential, or commercial projects is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and interpret MEP/shop drawings and technical specifications.
Experience supervising subcontractors and site teams.
Knowledge of MEP installation, testing, and commissioning.
Good knowledge of QA/QC and HSE procedures.
AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge is an advantage.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is highly preferred.
Preferred Candidate

Candidates with strong Bahrain construction experience, particularly those with experience in high-rise buildings and large villa projects, will be given priority.
