Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Construction Engineer to join our construction team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have a strong hands-on construction background and experience in managing and coordinating MEP works for building projects, including high-rise buildings, large villas, residential, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP construction activities on site.
Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection installations.
Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Supervise MEP subcontractors, technicians, and site workers.
Monitor manpower, materials, work progress, productivity, and installation quality.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and coordination issues.
Review material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical submissions.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and final handover.
Ensure all MEP works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and attend coordination meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of relevant MEP construction experience.
Strong hands-on experience in building construction projects.
Experience in high-rise buildings, large villas, residential, or commercial projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and interpret MEP/shop drawings and technical specifications.
Experience supervising subcontractors and site teams.
Knowledge of testing, commissioning, QA/QC, and HSE procedures.
AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Navisworks, and MS Office knowledge is an advantage.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is highly preferred.
