Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our construction team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil construction works, site supervision, project coordination, and quality control, preferably in high-rise buildings and large villa projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, MEP engineers, subcontractors, and site supervisors.

Ensure construction work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and Bahrain regulations.

Monitor project progress and report delays, technical issues, and site requirements to management.

Inspect materials, workmanship, and completed activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Assist in preparing site reports, material requests, work schedules, and progress updates.

Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.

Ensure proper coordination of manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors at the site.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Relevant experience in civil construction projects.

Experience in high-rise buildings and large villa projects is preferred.

Good knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, and quality control procedures.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of construction safety standards and relevant Bahrain regulations.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Must be currently available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.
