Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our construction team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, establishing reference points, verifying site measurements, and ensuring construction activities comply with approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct land and site surveys for construction projects, including buildings, villas, and high-rise developments.

Perform setting-out activities, including building layouts, levels, coordinates, grids, and alignment.

Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and other relevant equipment.

Interpret construction drawings, site plans, and survey data.

Verify site dimensions, elevations, boundaries, and benchmarks.

Coordinate with project managers, civil engineers, and site supervisors to ensure accurate execution of construction works.

Prepare survey reports, measurements, and as-built survey records.

Monitor site levels and identify discrepancies between actual site conditions and approved drawings.

Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Maintain surveying equipment and ensure accurate calibration and operation.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Previous experience as a Land Surveyor in construction projects.

Experience using Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS/GNSS surveying equipment.

Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings.

Knowledge of setting-out procedures, leveling, coordinates, and as-built surveys.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Must be currently available in Bahrain.

Immediate joiner preferred.
