Description

Are you a Planning Engineer with hands-on experience in Villa or High-Rise Construction Projects? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Construction team in Bahrain.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–7 years in a similar planning role
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
• Project Experience: Villas / High-Rise Buildings
• Language: Good command of English & Hindi

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Prepare and maintain baseline and master construction schedules
• Good understanding of WBS, CPM and resource planning
• Monitor actual site progress against planned progress
• Identify delays, conduct variance analysis and support recovery planning
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
• Understand construction sequencing, execution and productivity
• Monitor procurement schedules and subcontractor progress
• Knowledge of EVM, S-curves and productivity monitoring
• Familiarity with FIDIC, EOT and claims-related planning support
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings
