Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Landscape Engineer to join our Facility
Management Division, responsible for managing the landscaping opera ons on our
community.
Job Responsibili es:
 Supervise and manage daily landscape maintenance ac vi es across residen al
buildings and community areas.
 Oversee the maintenance of lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and other
landscaped areas.
 Iden fy plant diseases, irriga on issues, and other landscape-related problems and
implement correc ve ac ons.
 Monitor irriga on systems, including sprinklers, drip irriga on, pumps, and
controllers, and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team/subcontractor when
required.
 Plan and supervise watering, pruning, trimming, mowing, fer lizing, pest control, and
seasonal plan ng ac vi es.
 Manage landscape subcontractors to ensure quality service delivery.
 Conduct regular site inspec ons and ensure all landscaped areas are maintained to
the required standards.
 Coordinate with the client and the FM Manager regarding landscape maintenance
requirements, complaints, and service improvements.
 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules and submit progress
reports.
 Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and site-specific
requirements.
 Respond promptly to client complaints and ensure mely comple on of correc ve
and preven ve maintenance ac vi es.
 Maintain proper records of inspec ons, maintenance ac vi es, material usage, and
work comple on.
Job Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree or diploma in Landscape Engineering, Hor culture, Agriculture, or
a related field.
 Relevant experience (If any) in landscape maintenance & community developments.
 Good knowledge of plants, irriga on systems, landscaping techniques and
maintenance prac ces.
 Experience in supervising landscaping teams/subcontractor and coordina ng with
the client.
 Good communica on, repor ng, planning, and organiza onal skills.
 Ability to manage daily site opera ons and maintain high-quality landscaping
standards.
Other Details
 Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9 hours/day)
 Working Days: 6 days/week
