Description

We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller / Purchasing Officer to join our hotel team.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily Food & Beverage costs.
Prepare cost reports and analyze variances.
Manage inventory and stock records.
Verify purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents.
Conduct physical inventory and stock reconciliation.
Control wastage and support cost-saving initiatives.
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
Requirements:

Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Good knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and purchasing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and hotel systems.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
