We're Hiring – Head Chef (Italian Cuisine)
500 Degrees Restaurant is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive culinary excellence.

Salary: BD 300 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Italian dishes to the highest quality standards.
Develop and launch new menu items and seasonal specials.
Create innovative recipes that improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste.
Train, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team.
Control food costs, minimise waste, and manage inventory efficiently.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Work closely with management to continuously improve the menu and kitchen operations.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Italian Chef.
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, pizza, pasta, and contemporary menu development.
Experience creating profitable and marketable menu items.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong understanding of food costing and kitchen operations.
