Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site workers and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site.
Monitor site work and ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Supervise workers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, and other site teams.
Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Monitor construction progress and report delays, issues, and site requirements to management.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship and quality standards.
Ensure correct use of construction materials, tools, equipment, and manpower.
Coordinate material requirements and follow up on site deliveries.
Maintain daily site records, progress reports, manpower records, and quantity reports.
Identify site problems and coordinate with the engineering team to implement corrective actions.
Ensure all works comply with approved method statements, safety procedures, and Bahrain construction requirements.
Monitor site housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment.
Coordinate with MEP, architectural, structural, and finishing teams to avoid conflicts and delays.
Assist in inspections, snagging, rectification, and project handover activities.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision.
Strong experience in building construction, villas, commercial projects, or high-rise projects.
Good knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings and technical specifications.
Strong site supervision and subcontractor coordination skills.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of construction safety and quality requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
Bahrain construction experience is preferred.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
