Description

We are hiring an Admin / Purchasing Officer for our construction team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle purchasing of construction materials, tools, and site requirements.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and project sites for timely deliveries.
• Manage office administration, documentation, and filing.
• Maintain purchasing records and supplier database.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing and administration in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and local suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
