Restaurant Manager Wanted

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in controlling costs while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all daily restaurant operations efficiently.
* Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent performance.
* Monitor inventory, conduct regular stock counts, and maintain accurate records.
* Control food and beverage costs by reducing waste and preventing inventory loss.
* Analyze sales, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
* Manage purchasing and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality at competitive prices.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
* Develop work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
* Monitor operational procedures and continuously improve efficiency and service quality.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar management role.
* Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and cost control.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to analyze financial reports and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
* Experience with restaurant POS systems and inventory management software is an advantage.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
