Hiring: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly competent and disciplined Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. Only candidates who meet the strict criteria below will be considered.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in construction site supervision (GCC experience preferred)
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings independently
- Proven experience in manpower handling, subcontractor coordination, and site planning
- Strong understanding of material control, site logistics, and cost awareness
- Strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

- Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations and execution
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Monitor productivity and enforce discipline among workers
- Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and management for smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate daily reports, site records, and progress tracking
- Identify issues proactively and implement immediate corrective actions
