Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project

Update project progress and monitor planned vs actual activities

Support in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports

Assist in resource planning and manpower histograms

Coordinate with site engineers for progress updates

Help identify delays and support recovery plans

Maintain planning documents and records

Support preparation of baseline schedules and revisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

0–2 years of experience in planning or project control (construction)

Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project

Understanding of construction activities and sequencing

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
