Description

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies.

Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.

Ensure HR practices align with Bahrain Labor Law and company standards.

Coordinate with internal departments to address HR-related queries.

Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.

Handle basic grievance management and disciplinary procedures under supervision.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–2 years of HR experience (internship or entry-level acceptable).

Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and local employment regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Must be locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately.

Preferred Attributes
Previous experience in GCC region HR practices.

Multilingual skills (Arabic/English) are an advantage.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
