We are Hiring:

Position: Production Engineer - Rebar Cut & Bend

We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to manage and optimize our cut-and-bend operations for reinforcing steel bars (rebar).

The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality production, meet delivery deadlines, and drive operational efficiency.

*Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of rebar cut-and-bend operations and related machinery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production engineering role, preferably in a cut and bend or steel fabrication industry.
* Experience in working with cutting and bending machinery and steel reinforcement processes.


*Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities.
- Ensure timely order completion in line with project requirements.
- Monitor product quality to meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Optimize equipment usage and improve production efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement for raw material availability.
- Supervise and train production staff.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with QMS and workplace safety regulations.
