. Age : Within 32 - 42 years

. Bachelors degree in engieering or any related field

. 8 -12 years experience

JOB KNOWLEDGE :-

. Must be good in communication.

. Must have strong knowledge of Civil projects from starting to handover specialised in high rise projects.

. Proven track record in managing high-rise buildings and villa developments.

. Demonstrated experience leading large teams (300+ personnel)

. Capable of establishing and running full-scale project operations independently

. Construction contracting experience is mandatory (consultant backgrounds not considered)

. Must hold a valid driver’s license

. 10 hours

. BHD 600 - 700

. Medical Ins./Once in 2 years ticket
