Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
? Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
? Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and the client.
? Scrutinizing, maintenance, and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
? Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
? Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
? Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
? Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
? Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
? Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
Requirements:
• 3 + years of experience in the relevant field.
• Experience in Working on High Rise office – multi apartment buildings.
• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, management, or similar.
• Good Knowledge of building and construction in MEP and Civil domain required.
• Sound knowledge of construction.
• Valid Bahrain driver's license.
• Good communication skill.
