Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Surveyor to join our construction team in Bahrain. The candidate will be responsible for site surveying, setting out, leveling, measurements, and ensuring construction works are accurately executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct construction, topographical, and site surveys.
Perform accurate setting out, leveling, alignment, and positioning of construction works.
Establish and maintain benchmarks, control points, coordinates, and reference points.
Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other surveying equipment.
Check dimensions, elevations, coordinates, and measurements against approved drawings.
Carry out setting out for foundations, columns, slabs, roads, drainage, utilities, and excavation works.
Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and engineering drawings.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
Monitor construction works for correct levels, alignment, dimensions, and tolerances.
Prepare survey reports, field notes, calculations, and as-built survey data.
Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them to the relevant engineer.
Maintain accurate survey records and ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant construction surveying experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS.
Good knowledge of setting out, leveling, coordinates, benchmarks, and site measurements.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing is an advantage.
Experience in building, villa, commercial, high-rise, or civil construction projects is preferred.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is preferred.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
