Key Requirements:

CRPEP Registration: Must hold a valid Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions (CRPEP) license (Category A/B/C).
Dual Functionality: Ability to independently handle both Office Estimation/Cost Control and Site Supervision/Execution.

Education: B.Sc. / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of commercial & industrial project experience in Bahrain/GCC.
Valid Bahrain Driving License and immediate joiners preferred.

Site inspections, daily work schedules, safety toolbox talks, subcontractor coordination, and monitoring site progress. Quantifying measurements, preparing client progress billing (IPCs), reviewing subcontractor claims, material take-offs (MTO), and drafting variation orders. Preparation of BOQs, tender estimations, structural evaluation, payment certificates (IPCs), variation orders, and cost reconciliation.
