Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Surveyor to join our construction team in Bahrain. The candidate will be responsible for site surveying, setting out, leveling, measurements, and ensuring construction works are accurately executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct construction, site, and topographical surveys.
Perform accurate setting out, leveling, alignment, and positioning of construction works.
Establish and maintain benchmarks, control points, coordinates, and reference points.
Carry out setting out for foundations, columns, walls, slabs, roads, drainage, utilities, and excavation works.
Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment.
Check dimensions, elevations, coordinates, levels, and measurements against approved drawings.
Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and engineering drawings.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
Monitor construction works for correct levels, alignment, dimensions, and tolerances.
Prepare survey reports, field notes, measurements, calculations, and as-built survey data.
Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them to the relevant engineer.
Maintain accurate records of survey data and ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Ensure all surveying activities comply with project requirements, quality standards, and site safety procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in construction surveying.
Strong hands-on experience with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and related surveying equipment.
Good knowledge of setting out, leveling, coordinates, benchmarks, and site measurements.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing is an advantage.
Experience in building, villa, commercial, high-rise, or civil construction projects is preferred.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is preferred.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work effectively on construction sites.
