*Job Description*:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) specialized in Pre-tender & post Tendering for a project in Bahrain. The candidate should have strong capabilities in pre-tender and post-tender activities, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and financial analysis.
*Key Responsibilities*:
- Prepare detailed and accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project drawings and specifications.
- Conduct full pre-tender and post-tender processes, including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and pricing.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to develop comprehensive cost plans.
- Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and conduct price comparisons.
- Provide post-contract cost control, including payment applications, variations, and final accounts.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market prices and construction methods.
- Liaise with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
*Requirements*:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
