Key Responsibilities:??

- Manage and grow existing client relationships in Bahrain.??

- Prospect and engage new clients via meetings, calls, and events.??

- Identify regional opportunities (Bahrain/GCC) and execute sales strategies.??

- Collaborate with teams to meet revenue goals and client needs.??

- Mentor junior staff and stay updated on market trends/competitors.??

Requirements:??

- 3+ years in business development/sales, preferably in Bahrain/GCC.??

- Proven success in meeting sales targets.??

- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.??

- Knowledge of Bahrain’s business landscape.??

- English fluency; Arabic is a plus.
