📢 WE ARE HIRING – FINANCIAL CONTROLLER Location: Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Financial Controller to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, budgeting, team leadership, and previous experience in auditing.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, accounting, and financial reporting.

-Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

-Monitor financial performance, cash flow, and budget variances.

-Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal controls.

-Lead, supervise, and develop the finance and accounts team.

-Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

-Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

-Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

-Utilize financial reporting and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decisions.

-Candidate ProfileTotal Experience: 8–15 years of overall professional experience.



Current Position: Currently working as a Chief Accountant, Assistant Finance Manager, or Accounts Manager.

Audit Background: Previous experience working in an audit firm or audit function earlier in their career is essential.

Team Management: Proven experience managing and supervising a team of at least 3 employees.

Budgeting: Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Power BI: Experience with Power BI is an added advantage.

Compensation: Candidates should currently be earning within the range of BHD 800–1000.
