JOB VACANCY – BRANCH MANAGER (LADIES FITNESS CENTER)

Location: Bahrain

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and experienced Branch Manager to manage the daily operations of our ladies' fitness center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the fitness center and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise staff and coordinate their duties and schedules.
- Handle membership sales, renewals, and customer inquiries.
- Develop strategies to increase memberships and revenue.
- Maintain excellent customer service and member satisfaction.
- Monitor branch performance, expenses, and daily reports.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the facility.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in branch management, preferably in a gym, fitness center, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good sales and customer service abilities.
- Basic computer skills and reporting knowledge.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve business targets.
- Candidates currently residing in Bahrain are preferred.
