A reputed company in Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking a Social Media Planner who will handle posts for top 6 brands along with administrative support to the marketing department.

The position is open for Bahrain location. The candidate should be flexible, proactive and energetic. Candidate should be well versed with English (Verbal & Written), Arabic (Verbal & Written).

Job Description:-
• Create content for several social media platforms.
• Plan and schedule content in advance.
• Research new social media trends and hashtags.
• Work with the Marketing department to strategize content ideas.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
• Share feature event requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Gather customer feedback and share with Marketing teams

Requirements:-
• A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and
Pinterest. Should be an avid Tik Tok User
• Experience using social media for professional purposes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with graphic design and photo editing.
• Good interpersonal skills.
