Urgently looking for F&B Cost Controller

Good Experience in Costing, Budgeting, Variance Analysis and MIS. Experience in F&B Cost Control in Minimum 2 to 3 years. Supervision of Cost , handling of Food and Beverage requisitions, preparation of Sales Analysis and Standard Recipe Costing, preparation of Cost Reports, monitoring and control of non food purchases against budget.
