Digital marketing is a rapidly evolving field that requires individuals to be adaptable and highly skilled in various online marketing techniques. A digital marketer is responsible for developing and executing
online marketing strategies to promote a company's product or service to a target audience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Developing and managing a company's website and social media presence to increase brand
awareness and drive traffic.
• Creating and implementing email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
• Conduct market research to understand target audience behavior and preferences.
• Designing and running online ads (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to reach a wider audience.
• Measuring and analyzing the success of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools and
providing insights for improvement.
• Staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies, and incorporating them into
marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, design, sales) to achieve marketing
goals and provide support for other departments.

Preferred skills

The ideal candidate for a digital marketing role should have:
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing
successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ad, and
social media management tools.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to draw insights from data and make
data-driven decisions.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to come up with new and innovative ideas.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
