We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented Commi 2 to join our esteemed team. As a Commi 2, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs, contribute to the creation of exceptional dishes, and refine your culinary expertise.

Responsibilities:
1- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes, following the recipes and standards set by the restaurant.
2- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation, ensuring adherence to sanitation and safety guidelines.
3- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
4- Learn from and support senior chefs in executing menu items and presenting dishes to the highest standards.
5- Demonstrate creativity and suggest ideas to enhance our menu offerings and overall dining experience.

Requirements:
1- Prior experience as a Commi 2 or in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant is preferred.
2- Sound knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
3- Passion for food, enthusiasm for learning, and a strong work ethic.
4- Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5- Availability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6- Possession of food safety and sanitation certification is desirable.

Salary:
The salary for the Commi 2 position will be discussed during the interview.
