Description

As a Bookstore Sales Executive, you will lead and take full responsibility for fostering a positive and motivating work environment in the Bookstore. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Meet and work with University Faculty and HODs to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding books, digital resources and answering inquiries.
Inventory Management and Sales: Actively promote increased Bookstore sales and maintain the visual appeal of the Bookstore by arranging displays, organizing shelves, and ensuring a well-stocked inventory.
Cash Handling and Cash Register: We use our POS system to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Cash deposit in the Bank and reconciling Cash and Digital Payments.
A minimum of five to seven years of experience in the field is required.
Bookstore Cashier / Junior Executive: As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in creating a delightful shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding books, digital resources and answering inquiries.
Sales and Promotion: Actively promote increased Bookstore sales and maintain the visual appeal of the Bookstore by arranging displays, organizing shelves, and ensuring a well-stocked inventory.
Cash Handling and Cash Register: We use our POS system to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
A minimum of three to four years of experience in the field is required.
