Description

Responsibilities:
• Contact VIP customers.
• Handling VIP customer’s inquiries.
• Providing required services on time.
• Coordinate with management.
• Manage marina maintenance along with the maintenance department.
• Coordinate with marina crew in day-to-day tasks.
• Generate & maintain reports like collections, attendance, third-party service providing details, maintenance reports, accidents & incidents reports, customer feedback, shift duty roster, etc.

Qualifications:
• Work experience in marinas, especially in Bahrain.
• Experience in, providing service to VIP customers.
• Good communication skills (English / Arabic).
• Good computer skills.
• Experience in, keeping records of daily, weekly & monthly tasks.
• Ability to work along with the multi-national marina crew.
• Ability & knowledge to take action, in case of emergencies.
• Good grooming standards.

Experience – Minimum 2 Years, of experience in Marina's supervision.
Salary – Can be negotiable.
Location – Manama, Bahrain.
