Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our restaurant business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial reporting.

-Ensure that all restaurant policies and procedures are followed, including food safety and sanitation standards.

- Train and develop staff members to ensure high levels of customer service and quality.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability.

- Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.

- Maintain effective communication with all staff members, management, and customers.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or operations.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.

- A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
