We are a bakery in riffa, looking for a head baker or pastry chef with experience:

Experience in lamination, shaping croissants
Ensuring ingredients are properly managed
Monitoring deliveries, orders and stock
Managing a team of bakers
Following the recipes and making sure others follow them
Helping to prepare, finish off and bake
Planning work schedules and managing restocking
Respecting health and safety regulations and making sure others respect them
Ensuring equipment is properly maintained
Develop and create recipes
