We are urgently hiring on behalf of our VIP client who owns a luxurious wellness clinic in Manama.

Position: Licensed Physiotherapist (female)
Department: Clinical
Reports to: Medical Director

Job Summary:

As a Licensed Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare services to our patients. Your expertise and compassionate approach will help promote wellness, restore function, and improve the overall quality of life for individuals with physical impairments or limitations.

Responsibilities:

- Assess and Diagnose: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, identify impairments, and determine appropriate treatment plans. Utilize your knowledge and expertise to diagnose patients' physical limitations and functional abilities accurately.

- Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' individual needs, conditions, and goals. Use evidence-based techniques and interventions to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and improve physical performance.

- Therapy Implementation: Administer various physiotherapy treatments, such as exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy, to improve patients' physical function, strength, and range of motion. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on the nature of their conditions, treatment options, and techniques to prevent further injuries. Provide guidance on self-management strategies, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to optimize recovery and promote long-term wellness.

- Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in case discussions, share expertise, and provide input for holistic treatment approaches.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Adhere to relevant legal and ethical standards in documentation and report any concerns or incidents promptly.

- Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices, research, and technologies. Attend conferences, workshops, and relevant training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

- Hold a valid and active license as a Physiotherapist from the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) of Bahrain or other GCC.
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrate a minimum of [2] years of experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting. Experience in specific areas such as orthopedics, sports injuries, pediatrics, or neurology is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality. Demonstrate empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity in working with diverse patient populations.
- Salary: open to negotiation
