Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced MEP Construction Supervisor with a strong background in building construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily MEP activities, site teams, subcontractors, and installation works while ensuring projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. These are consistent with current Bahrain MEP construction postings.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works.
Oversee MEP installation activities and ensure proper execution on site.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Supervise technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and daily work progress.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and proper workmanship.
Identify and resolve MEP clashes, technical issues, and site coordination problems.
Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and HSE requirements.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and handover activities.
Prepare daily and weekly progress and manpower reports.
Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure required MEP materials and equipment are available on site when needed.
Provide technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
Requirements
4–6 years of relevant experience in MEP supervision within the construction industry.
Strong hands-on building construction experience is a must.
Experience with villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and related MEP systems.
Ability to read and interpret MEP and shop drawings.
Experience supervising subcontractors, technicians, and construction site teams.
Good understanding of construction procedures, quality control, and HSE requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is strongly preferred.
Transferable/cancelled visa or valid local status is an advantage.

Important: This is a construction-focused MEP position. Candidates with experience primarily in maintenance or facilities management, without hands-on building construction experience, may not be suitable.
