We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a friendly attitude, capable of creating a welcoming environment for all customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
-Greet customers with a smile and take accurate orders in a timely and friendly manner.
-Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
-Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
-Prepare and serve sandwiches and other food items according to company standards.
-Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and work areas.
-Handle cash and POS transactions and accurately process payments.
-Restock supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels as needed.
-Respond to customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when required.
-Assist with opening and closing duties.
-Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health standard

Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
-Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
-Candidate must be in Bahrain
