💰 Salary: SAR 2,500+
⏰ Working Hours: 8 Hours
📅 Weekly Off: 1 Day

✅ Requirements & Responsibilities

• Previous experience in a travel agency or tourism company
• Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience booking domestic and international flights, hotels, tours, and travel packages
• Knowledge of visa applications, travel documentation, and international travel requirements
• Experience handling ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, and customer complaints
• Ability to prepare quotations, itineraries, invoices, and maintain customer records
• Experience coordinating with airlines, hotels, and tour operators
• Proficiency in airline reservation systems such as Amadeus or Galileo
• Strong sales, negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to promote travel packages and upsell additional services
