HIRING: FEMALE FLOOR SUPERVISOR - CLUB LOUNGE
*Location: Juffair, Bahrain*

Nationality: Indian / Nepalese (Preferred)
Gender: Female Only

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily lounge/club floor operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, manage and motivate floor staff, waitresses & hostesses
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally
- Manage table allocations, reservations, and VIP guests
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene and grooming standards
- Coordinate with Bar, Kitchen, DJ and Security team
- Handle billing, closing reports and daily sales targets
- Maintain discipline and staff attendance on the floor

REQUIREMENTS:
- Female, Indian/Nepali nationality
- Experience as Floor Supervisor / Team Leader in Nightclub, Lounge or 5-Star Hotel is an advantage.
- Presentable, good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Ability to work night shifts (6PM - 3AM)
- Strong leadership and guest handling skills
- Currently in Bahrain with valid visa / willing to transfer - preferred
