We are looking for a friendly, professional and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, has an eye for detail and is passionate about sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and help them choose jewellery for personal purchases, gifts and special occasions.

Explain product details, materials, prices and care instructions clearly.

Build strong customer relationships and follow up on enquiries and orders.

Work towards sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Process sales, payments and receipts accurately using the POS system.

Maintain attractive product displays and keep the shop tidy and organised.

Support stock counts, product labelling and inventory records.

Handle jewellery carefully and follow stock security procedures.

Respond professionally to customer enquiries through WhatsApp and social media.

Coordinate custom orders, repairs and customer requests with management.

Requirements

Previous retail sales experience; jewellery or luxury retail experience is an advantage.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Good spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.

Professional presentation, reliability and attention to detail.

Confidence using POS systems, WhatsApp and basic computer applications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
