Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise and control manpower/staff at different sites
* Coordinate daily staff deployment and attendance
* Handle staff issues and ensure proper discipline
* Maintain good communication with clients and companies
* Coordinate with site supervisors and management
* Prepare and follow up on daily reports and staff requirements
* Ensure smooth manpower operations and client satisfaction

Requirements:
Previous experience in manpower supply / facility management preferred
Strong staff management and leadership skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deal professionally with companies and clients
Must be responsible, organized, and flexible
