📋 JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Scaffolding Supervisor with valid Saudi Aramco-approved certification and practical experience in scaffolding operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising scaffolding activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, and safety requirements at industrial and construction sites across Saudi Arabia.

🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise daily scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities.
- Ensure scaffolding work is carried out according to approved procedures and project requirements.
- Coordinate with construction teams, site supervisors, HSE personnel, and other departments.
- Ensure scaffolding activities are performed safely and efficiently.
- Monitor scaffolding crews and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
- Verify that scaffolding materials and components are suitable for the intended work.
- Ensure scaffolding structures are inspected and approved by authorized personnel before use.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards and applicable project requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks and communicate safety instructions to the workforce.
- Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Ensure proper coordination of scaffolding activities with ongoing construction and maintenance work.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Valid Saudi Aramco-approved Scaffolding Supervisor certification/card is mandatory.
- Candidates must have relevant scaffolding supervision experience.
- Previous Saudi Aramco project experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in oil and gas, industrial, construction, or petrochemical projects.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety procedures and site requirements.
- Good understanding of scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling procedures.
- Ability to supervise scaffolding teams and coordinate site activities.
- Candidates must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
- Must be willing to transfer sponsorship to our company.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

📌 IQAMA & TRANSFER CONDITIONS

- Only transfer-based candidates will be considered.
- Candidates must have completed at least 1 year in Saudi Arabia to be eligible under this recruitment.
- Iqama validity can be of any duration, subject to transfer eligibility.
- Candidates whose current company is willing to transfer them directly will be preferred.
- Candidates who wish to terminate their existing employment contract through Qiwa and subsequently transfer to our company may also apply, subject to applicable Saudi labor regulations and Qiwa eligibility.
- Candidates must be legally eligible for sponsorship transfer.
