SENIOR ARCHITECT

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architect to join our team.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural/design software.

Excellent knowledge of architectural design, construction drawings, detailing, specifications, and authority requirements.

Experience in developing and reviewing concept designs, detailed drawings, tender drawings, and construction documentation.

Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other disciplines.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site execution.

Ability to review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.

Experience in site supervision and resolving technical/design issues during construction.

Strong project coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead and guide junior architects and draughtsmen.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Demonstrates self-discipline, accountability, leadership, and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
