We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Florist to join our team in Bahrain.

We need someone who has strong floral design skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to take responsibility for daily florist shop operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, energetic, creative, and capable of working independently while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

# Job Responsibilities
- Create beautiful bouquets, flower arrangements, and premium floral designs.
- Handle customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage daily shop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor flower stock, inventory, and proper storage to minimize wastage.
- Organize and supervise daily tasks and assist in managing staff.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the shop.
- Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
- Maintain a professional attitude and work efficiently during busy periods.

# Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Florist or in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of flower arrangements, bouquet making, and floral design.
- Ability to manage stock and organize daily work efficiently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Responsible, punctual, organized, and hardworking.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.
- A creative mindset and willingness to learn and improve.

# Salary & Working Conditions
- Total monthly salary: BD 350, inclusive of accommodation and transportation allowances and overtime.
- Extra Overtime in Events or special occasions will be paid separately when applicable.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (One Hour Break)
- Weekly day off: One day per week.
- Work location: Bahrain.

Please note that BD350 is the total monthly package, including accommodation and transportation allowances & Overtime.
