Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and experienced Senior Florist to join our growing team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of floral arrangements, a keen eye for modern aesthetics, and experience managing floral operations for luxury events, weddings, and retail orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute high-end floral arrangements, bouquets and Vase Etc
• Understand client requirements and provide professional recommendations for custom themes and palettes.
• Supervise junior staff, maintaining clean, organized, and efficient daily studio operations.
• Keep up-to-date with current international floral trends, wrapping techniques, and packaging designs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Florist (Experience in the Bahrain region is highly preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of floral design styles (Modern, Classic, Luxury).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and handle bulk orders during peak seasons.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and reliable.
